We stopped getting water from our well on a Saturday evening. I spoke with their after hours/weekend answering service and was assured someone would get back to me "soon". Less than 10 min later, i received a call back from Benjamin who clearly explained their minimum call charge and the cost for the most common well repairs. Benjamin arrived at our property right when he told me he would be arriving and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Great service and a fair, upfront pricing!
