Highly recommend them. They responded quickly and were able to diagnose my pump issue right away. The pump was replaced promptly at a fair price. Charles was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to.
Our well experienced an issue. We contacted Bryant's Pump Service, and their team responded within 90 minutes. They successfully reactivated the pump with a new control box, subsequently identifying perforations in the pump's piping. Our technician, Charles, then retrieved the pump, confirmed the damaged sections, and we authorized a full pump replacement while it was accessible. We now have restored water service with excellent pressure, all accomplished within six hours of our initial call on a Sunday, which happened to be Father's Day.

We had an emergency. The bladder tank failed on our system (it was old) and the pipe from the well to the tank cracked. Charles from Bryant came out within 2 and a half hours, replaced the bladder tank and we had water again! Pricing was very reasonable. Bryant will be my go to from now on.

I hired this company to come help out with some well-house issues. We were blessed enough to have Chris show up and not only take care of urgent issues, but he went way above and beyond the scope of duties to help with some other lingering issues that had been plaguing our household for months causing low water pressure. Chris actually took the time to help, which is something most service companies won't do these days... most all other service techs and companies just want to show up, do the minimum and bounce with a payment. This company is DIFFERENT! If you want to be treated like a NEIGHBOR instead of a number, call this company, and if you're lucky enough, perhaps Chris will be your designated tech. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
