I called Bryant's at 3:30 PM with a well that wouldn't work. By 5:30 PM on the same day, everything was back to normal. Excellent!!
We had a well emergency on Sunday. Chad came out as soon as he could. Nicest guy you could ever meet! We needed a tank and he did some pipes too. All was good until the next morning. I called the office. The nice lady sent Chad back out and he ended up putting in a pressure switch. She told me on the phone that sounded like the problem. They could have charged us for another visit but they only charged for the pressure switch, one of the cheaper parts to a well. We are happy with Bryants and would recommend them. Chad had a great attitude, even though he was quite busy. Great guy! We have water and all is well, thank God!
They did my well in January of 2024 and were fabulous (I don't know why I didn't write a review then). But my water went out yesterday and I think something was struck by lightning. Anyways, I called Bryant well services and they said that they'd cover whatever is going on since it was just over a year ago (past the warranty). These are good, honest people and I highly recommend

Lost water to the house. They sent a tech out right away. He was very nice and worked quickly to get our water restored. Will 100% recommend to others!
Hi, I just had a wonderful experience with Chad. My well was not working today and I called the company and they came Within 30 minutes .What a wonderful thing to know Chad was knowledgeable friendly and his customer skills are excellent. I manage a property with 13 rental units. One well handles all 13. My wife told me at 7:00 a.m. we had no water, on a Saturday. I made one phone call and within 5 minutes Pablo the tech called me back. Although I live halfway between Ocala and Gainesville he was here in less than 40 minutes.
He immediately diagnosed the problem and within 20 minutes we were good to go. The service was outstanding. Professional. And the price was extremely reasonable. I believe we have used this company for over 15 years. I will never call anyone else for well or pump service. These guys are the real deal.
Prompt & professional! They had my septic done in a day, and it was immediately covered up a few days later once inspection was complete.
