Long story short... Water pressure tanked. They came out and quoted us $1700 but we would have to move a tree (honestly when I heard $1700 I thought for sure it'd be more). Still, I was (naively) optomistic that because we still had water everything would be fine so we took our time getting the tree moved...
Fast forward to today... no more water. Chris and Brian worked with me to make sure I was home when they came and stayed to complete the job the same day. They replaced my pump, wiring, pressure switch, control box, and a bad pipe. We were billed less than what was quoted. They had a great attitude, were friendly, and maintained their pleasantness even after it started pouring rain. The receptionist (Maryann) was also extremely pleasant when I made the initial call today. My mom has used them for 30 years and they aquired another fan in me today!
We stopped getting water from our well on a Saturday evening. I spoke with their after hours/weekend answering service and was assured someone would get back to me "soon". Less than 10 min later, i received a call back from Benjamin who clearly explained their minimum call charge and the cost for the most common well repairs. Benjamin arrived at our property right when he told me he would be arriving and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Great service and a fair, upfront pricing!
